  • 100 grams bacon (sliced into 1 cm pieces, pan-fried)
  • 2 to 3 grams crouton (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 large egg (soft poached)
  • Salt and pepper, pinch
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS
  • 2 shallots (French shallots, finely sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 60 ml olive oil (1/4 cup)
