  • 40 grams butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth)
  • 35 grams mini marshmallows (2/3 cup, white)
  • 125 grams popped corn (2 cups, plain popcorn)
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place 16 paper cases on an oven tray.

  • Step 2: Combine butter, peanut butter and marshmallows in a saucepan oven moderate heat and cook and stir for 4 minutes or until smooth and then transfer to a large bowl and cool for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add popcorn and stir to coat.

  • Step 4: Using damp hands, quickly shape 1 1/2 tablespoons of popcorn mixture into balls.

  • Step 5: Place balls into prepared paper cases and top with chocolate sprinkles and chil for 5 minutes or until set.
