Step 1: Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat and add oil and swirl to coat surface.
Step 2: Stir fry chicken, in batches for 5 minutes or until browned and then add garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Step 3: Reduce heat to moderate and add the hoi sin sauce, honey and the water and stir fry for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and then add green onion and half the sesame seeds and toss to combine.
Step 4: Combine vegetables and rice in a large microwave safe bowl and cover and microwave on high (100%) for 5 minutes or until heated.
Step 5: Divide rice mixture among serving bowl and top with chicken and serve sprinkled with the remaining sesame seeds.
