Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine butter sauce ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and heated thoroughly.
Step 3: Cut bacon slices in half crosswise; wrap one half slice of bacon around each shrimp and secure with a toothpick.
Step 4: Arrange shrimp on a broiler pan without touching; brush with butter sauce.
Step 5: Place rack about 3 inches from heat; broil 5 minutes, brushing once more with butter sauce halfway through cooking.
Step 6: Serve immediately with chili sauce for dipping.
