Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Blot the insides of each tomato half with paper towels to remove the excess moisture. Sprinkle the insides of the halves with salt, then place cut-side up on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the finely shredded mozzarella cheese with Parmesan cheese then divide the cheese mixture on each tomato half. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
Step 4: Bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
