  • 1 red pepper (mini)
  • 1 teaspoon basil garlic (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in pan.

  • Step 2: Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces.

  • Step 3: Clean and slice pepper into thin strips.

  • Step 4: Slice and quarter squash.

  • Step 5: Add asparagus to hot pan and stir fry till nearly tender crisp.

  • Step 6: When asparagus is tender crisp add the squash and peppers.

  • Step 7: Add seasonings and continue to stir fry till veggies are tender crisp.

  • Step 8: Pour onto a plate and enjoy.
