Step 1: Make 1 serving of quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats per pkg directions & pour into the bottom of a wide bowl.
Step 2: Fry 1 egg per your preferences & set it on the left side of the bowl.
Step 3: Crisp cook 1 thick slice of bacon, break in half & set to the right of the fried egg.
Step 4: Place the avocado slices to the right of the bacon, so from left-to-right you will have your egg, the bacon & the avocado slices lined up.
