Step 1: Cook the bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon; set aside. Drain skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.
Step 2: To the same skillet, add green pepper and onion to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally, add garlic, cook another 1-2 minutes..
Step 3: Add in remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes, on low heat stirring occasionally.
