Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 ounces apples (2 apples, cored and cut into matchsticks, about 1/4 inch wide)
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 8 ounces celeriac (peeled and cut into 1/8 inch matchsticks)
  • 3 tablespoons raisins (golden)
  • 6 ounces carrots (2 carrots, cut into 1/8 inch matchsticks)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl toss the apples with the lemon juice and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Add the next 3 ingredients (-carrots) and toss.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl or jar whisk the oil with the vinegar and then pour over the apples and vegetables; season with salt and pepper and toss. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
