  • 1 package (3 ounce) Jell-O Gelatin (strawberry flavored)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (white)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk (cold)
  • 1 prepared (9 inch) graham cracker crust

How to Make

  • Step 1: In double boiler cook 3 whole eggs with the sugar and can of crushed pineapple. On low and stirring constantly, then add jello.

  • Step 2: After mixture had cooled, fold into whipped evaporated milk.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl, whip evaporated milk with electric mixer until it achieves the consistency of whipped cream.

  • Step 4: Fold in the strawberry gelatin mixture.

  • Step 5: Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
