Step 1: In double boiler cook 3 whole eggs with the sugar and can of crushed pineapple. On low and stirring constantly, then add jello.
Step 2: After mixture had cooled, fold into whipped evaporated milk.
Step 3: In a large bowl, whip evaporated milk with electric mixer until it achieves the consistency of whipped cream.
Step 4: Fold in the strawberry gelatin mixture.
Step 5: Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
