Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef (made into 4 patties then browned with onions)
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Pepper, dash
  • Worcestershire sauce, dash
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds potatoes (4 potatoes, sliced)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) cream-style corn

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown hamburger patties and onion. Add salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Spray pam in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.

  • Step 3: Slice potatoes and put in bottom of pan. Dot with butter.

  • Step 4: Pour creamed corn over potatoes.

  • Step 5: Layer hamburger mixture over corn.

  • Step 6: Pour milk over all, dash Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 7: Cover

  • Step 8: Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees or until potatoes are cooked through.
