Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoons minced dried onions
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup yellow onions, diced
  • 2 cans (10 ounce) tomatoes (Rotel)
  • 1 box (16 ounce) dry elbow macaroni (cooked just underdone)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) cheddar cheese soup
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Pepper Jack cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the ground beef with dried onions, onions, bell peppers & minced garlic.

  • Step 2: Add in cooked elbow noodles and the two cans of RoTel tomatoes,

  • Step 3: 1 can cheddar cheese soup & cubed Velveeta cheese. Mix together well. Pour into Pam sprayed 9X13 pan.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with shredded cheese then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
