Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 pound Provolone cheese (grated)
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut woody stems off the bottoms of the asparagus, then place on a baking sheet covered with foil. Drizzle with a little olive oil to coat well.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle the fresh grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella and Provolone on top.

  • Step 3: Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle a little fresh chopped parsley and salt and pepper on top.
