Step 1: Cut woody stems off the bottoms of the asparagus, then place on a baking sheet covered with foil. Drizzle with a little olive oil to coat well.
Step 2: Sprinkle the fresh grated Parmesan cheese, mozzarella and Provolone on top.
Step 3: Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle a little fresh chopped parsley and salt and pepper on top.
