Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 can (28 ounce) pasta sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper, dash
  • 1 garlic clove (mashed)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 carton (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 package (16 ounce) noodles (medium egg noodles, cooked just underdone)
  • 10 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat over to 350.

  • Step 2: Brown meat,garlic and onion in skillet (drain and return to skillet)

  • Step 3: Salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Add spaghetti sauce.

  • Step 5: Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Combine cream cheese and sour cream, stir until smooth.

  • Step 7: Stir in noodles..

  • Step 8: Layer noodle mixture then beef mixture in a 13x9 dish until all used. Have last layer be meat mixture.

  • Step 9: Bake covered for 30 minutes then remove cover.

  • Step 10: And spread layer of cheese.

  • Step 11: Bake 5 more minutes.
