Step 1: Combine the 1st 4 ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
Step 2: Choose your desired optional ingredients (oats, banana or spinach leaves) & blend again.
Step 3: Adjust for desired consistency by adding crushed ice.
Step 4: Serve immediately or chill to serve later. (If serving later, place cling wrap directly over surface of smoothie to prevent any change of color.
