Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder (or 3 minced garlic cloves)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package (2 ounce) dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (OPTIONAL)
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • Salt (you could add salt by I think the onion soup mix is plenty salty)
  • Thousand Island dressing (for dipping)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400º.

  • Step 2: Add all the ingredients except the dressing to a large bowl and mix well.

  • Step 3: Roll into meatballs roughly the size of a golf ball, using a 1 1/2 tablespoon scoop to make them even.

  • Step 4: Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Serve with thousand Island dressing for dipping.
