Step 1: Sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, baking soda and salt.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine eggs, coconut oil, brown sugar, maple syrup and water; beat well with electric mixer.
Step 3: Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture and mix until moistened.
Step 4: Fold in the carrots and the raisins.
Step 5: Spoon into 12 paper lined muffin cups or silicone muffin cups that have been coated with non-stick spray.
Step 6: Bake in preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
