Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (5 ounce) tuna (not oil-packed)
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese (dry curd)
  • 2 ounces yogurt (4 tbsp, plain, may be low-fat)
  • 2 ounces red onion (1/4 small red onion, finely chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 large eggs (hard-boiled & rough chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice (splash of)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the cottage cheese & yogurt. I used my hand-held blender to whiz that mixture to a smooth texture & eliminate the "curd effect".

  • Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients, mix well & refrigerate to use as desired.

  • NOTE: Yield is 4 generous servings, so no skimpy sandwiches
