Step 1: Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium high heat and cook the leek, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes or until softened and then add the chicken and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the chicken is browned.
Step 2: Add the honey mustard chicken recipe base, cream and beans and bring to the boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes, then add the peas and simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Step 3: Meanwhile cook the rice following packet directions.
Step 4: Serve the honey mustard chicken and vegetables on the rice, sprinkled with parsley flakes.
