Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 2: Grease a 12 cup (3 litre) baking dish.
Step 3: Combine the pasta, tomatoes, pasta sauce, artichoke, baby peppers, chopped parsley and rosemary in the prepared dish.
Step 4: Pour in stock and 1 1/2 cup (375ml) water and cover with baking paper, then with foil and bake for 20 minutes and the uncover and stir and then continue to bake, uncovered for a further 25 minutes or until the liquid is almost absorbed and the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Sprinkle over the cheese and bake for a further 5 minutes or until golden.
Step 6: Set aside for 10 minutes to cook and sprinkle with parsley leaves and serve with salad.
