  • 2 cans (15 ounce) hominy, drained
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 1: In pam sprayed casserole, place hominy onions chicken stock, then pork chops. Season.

  • Step 2: Cover, then bake 350 for 90 minutes.

  • Step 4: Bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
