Step 1: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium and heat and add onion and cook for 2 minutes and then then add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned and then stir in Heinz Fiery Mexican Beanz Creationz, Mission Taco Seasoning, tomato paste and 1/2 cup (125ml) water and simmer for 5 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Step 3: Divide Mission Original Tortilla Strips White Corn among 4 ovenproof dishes and top with the mince mixture and cheese and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Step 4: Meanwhile, combine Mission Chunky Salsa Mild, Golden Circle Corn Kernels and chopped coriander/cilantro in a bowl.
Step 5: Top nachos with the Sandhurst Sliced jalapenos, sour cream and salsa mixture and sprinkle with coriander/cilantro leaves and serve.
