Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni
  • 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 small jar red (12 ounce) red kaong (drained)
  • 1 small jar green (12 ounce) nata de coco (drained)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (less or more according to your desired taste)
  • 1 can (7.6 ounce) all purpose cream (Nestle makes this, or use another brand)
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 medium can (8 ounce) pineapple tidbits (VERY WELL drained, can use more)
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook elbow macaroni according to package cooking instructions. Drain, rinse under running water and allow to cool completely.

  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni and add rest of the ingredients.

  • Step 3: Gently stir together until evenly distributed.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate about 5 hours or overnight.

  • Step 5: Serve cold.
