  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate (100%)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil (or 2 teaspoons fresh basil)
  • 150 grams frozen peas (thawed, 1 cup)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
  • 2 large (8 ounces) carrots, grated
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice (cold)
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
