Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup whole kernel corn (frozen, up to a 1/2 cup)
  • 24 ounces pork loin chops (4 chops, 6 ounces each)
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion ,chopped
  • 1 package (8 ounce) ZATARAIN'S Jambalaya Mix (Original)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) ZATARAIN'S red beans and rice
  • 1 pound smoked sausage (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced (optional)
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 ounces sour cream (1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a Pam sprayed 9x13 inch casserole, put rice mixes, black olives, sausage, corn, onion then the pork chops.

  • Step 2: Pour water over,push pork chops into rice then cover.

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 for 70 minutes.
