Step 1: Put rice inside a Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle the pac of Lipton Dry Onion Soup and water in the dish. Place the pork chops over the top. Then on top of each chop she would put a ring of green pepper with a dollop of chile sauce inside the ring.
Step 2: Cover, cook 90 minutes at 350 degrees or 2 hours if chops are not tender.
