Step 1: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan. Add pork slices to pan; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Step 2: Remove from pan; keep warm.
Step 3: Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil, soy sauce, and next 5 ingredients (through garlic) to pan; bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture is syrupy. Remove from heat; stir in rind. Return pork to pan, turn to coat on all sides. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
