Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon cherry jam
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • Salt, pinch
  • Pepper, pinch
  • Fresh rosemary, (1 sprig)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces boneless pork loin chops (2 pork chops, 1/2" thick)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients except pork chops in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a plastic zipper bag and pour marinade over them. Seal up bag, place on a plate in case of leakage. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours.

  • Step 2: Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before grilling to take the chill off.

  • Step 3: Preheat grill to hot. Place pork chops on grill and turn heat down to medium-low. Grill 5 minutes on each side. Discard marinade.
