  • 12 ounces apples (2 apples, peeled and diced)
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 pound potatoes (shoestring potatoes, cooked)
  • 75 grams raisins (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (it called for 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the shredded chicken into a large bowl and mix in the olive oil and lime juice.
