Step 1: Wash and stem the strawberries and let them dry on paper towels.
Step 2: Arrange the berries in the pie shell.
Step 3: In a saucepan over medium high heat add the sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Take off of heat and stir in jello. Let cool and then pour over the strawberries. Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream before serving.
