Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tubes (16 ounces) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls (2 tubes 8 ounces each, 8 ct)
  • 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 ounces fresh baby spinach (finely chopped but not minced, about half of a pre-washed bag)
  • 2 ounces black olives (finely diced)
  • 1 egg white (beaten)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Add to a bowl, the spinach, olives, feta, mozzarella, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly and set bowl aside.

  • Step 3: Unroll the crescent dough and divide into triangles. Using a spoon, place tiny heaps of spinach mixture on the wide part of the dough triangle. Roll them up.

  • Step 4: Place on a greased cookie sheet. Before putting them in the oven lightly brush each roll with the egg white. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
