Step 1: Add boiling water to a large pot. Add 3 tbsp salt, 1 tsp vegetable oil and turmeric to the pot. Add spaghetti to the pot. Over medium heat, simmer the spaghetti for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, (I would just cook until al dente cause it needs to cook longer). Drain the spaghetti and rinse with cold water.
Step 2: Fry diced onions with 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pot until translucent.
Step 3: Stir in the diced bell pepper.
Step 4: Add Advieh (Persian spice mix, I put spices that are in this) and ground chili pepper.
Step 5: Add ground beef and stir until well combined. Continue heating for 10 minutes or until the beef turns brown.
Step 6: Stir in tomato paste and continue the heat for few more minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir.
Step 7: Take a large pot, transfer the excessive oil from the ground beef to the pot
Step 8: And spread across the surface.
Step 9: Lay the sliced potatoes to cover the pot surface. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 10: Combine the spaghetti and beef mixture in layers and mix well.
Step 11: Cover the pot with a napkin and a lid.
Step 12: Start with medium heat for about 10 minutes, then lower the heat to low and continue the heat for 25 more minutes.
