Step 1: Form vanilla into a ball.
Step 2: Roll the ball of ice cream in the cinnamon sugar mixture until completely coated.
Step 3: Roll in corn flake crumbs mixture till coated.
Step 4: Place in the freezer to harden.
Step 5: Place the hardened ice cream ball in a fry basket and deep fry for 2 seconds at 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Step 6: Deep fry tortilla in bowl shape.
Step 7: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Step 8: Put a dollop of whip cream in the bottom of the shell.
Step 9: Place the fried ice cream ball on top of the dollop.
Step 10: Drizzle a small amount of honey over the top of the ice cream ball.
Step 11: Place 8 whip cream rosettes around the ice cream ball and one on top.
Step 12: Top with a maraschino cherry.
