  • 2 ounces low-fat yogurt (1/4 cup, plain)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise (olive oil mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly slice
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded (red, coarsely shredded)
  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded (savoy or green, coarsely shredded)
  • 172 grams cooked black beans (canned, drained, 1 cup)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make
