  • 3 1/2 ounces dry pasta (1 cup uncooked tricolor spiral pasta)
  • 1/4 pound smoked turkey (cubed deli smoked turkey)
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (1 cup, cubed)
  • 4 ounces cucumber (1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced and halved)
  • 1/3 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 ounces sour cream (3 tablespoons)
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pepper, dash

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.

  • Step 2: In a serving bowl, combine the pasta, turkey, cheese, cucumber, red pepper and onion.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl,whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, honey, mustard and pepper.

  • Step 4: Pour over salad and toss to coat.

  • Step 5: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
