  • 3 tablespoons water (cold)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (hot)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 8 ounces beef broth (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375.

  • Step 2: Mix together, the meat, bread crumbs, eggs and water.

  • Step 3: Season the mixture with salt, paprika, mustard, and parsley.

  • Step 4: Blend ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf.

  • Step 5: Place the loaf in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes. While meat is baking, gradually pour hot beef broth over the top of the meatloaf and basting occasionally. check to make sure its cooked.
