Step 1: In a large bowl, combine nestle cream(condensed milk), mayonnaise, and then add and white pepper little by little and adjust to get the right balance of flavor; mix well.
Step 2: Add the cooked chicken, and grapes in the cream mixture.
Step 3: Add rest of ingredients except lettuce.
Step 4: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 5: Serve fruity chicken salad on top of fresh lettuce.
