Ingredients

  • 500 grams cooked chicken (4 cups, cut into cubes)
  • 2 cups cantaloupe (made into melon balls)
  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 red apples (cored and cut into cubes)
  • 1 green apple (core and cut into cubes)
  • 1 pear (cored and cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts (toasted)
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 cups lettuce, shredded (for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine nestle cream(condensed milk), mayonnaise, and then add and white pepper little by little and adjust to get the right balance of flavor; mix well.

  • Step 2: Add the cooked chicken, and grapes in the cream mixture.

  • Step 3: Add rest of ingredients except lettuce.

  • Step 4: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour.

  • Step 5: Serve fruity chicken salad on top of fresh lettuce.
