Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 pound ground pork (or beef)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cup green peas (frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil (cooking oil)
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup (banana ketchup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a frying pan.

  • Step 2: Pour-in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, sauté the onion, and tomatoes.

  • Step 3: Add the ground meat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Put-in the bell peppers and green peas.

  • Step 5: Cook for 3 minutes.

  • Step 6: Add salt and pepper then stir to distribute.

  • Step 7: Transfer to a large bowl.

  • Step 8: Let it cool down.

  • Step 9: When the cooked ground meat reaches room temperature, beat the eggs and pour into the bowl same bowl.

  • Step 10: Stir to distribute all the ingredients.

  • Step 11: Heat a clean non-stick pan.

  • Step 12: Add the remaining cooking oil.

  • Step 13: Scoop ⅓ of the egg and pork mixture to the pan.

  • Step 14: Cook each side for 3 minutes or until you see that the eggs are fully cooked. Avoid over cooking the eggs.

  • Step 15: Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.

  • Step 16: Serve with banana ketchup
