Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat, heat oil then saute onions until brown - add the mushrooms and saute more until the mushrooms are soft.
Step 2: Add garlic - cook 1 minute more.
Step 3: Add the broth, orzo, salt and pepper - bring to a boil .
Step 4: Reduced heat to low and cover - simmer covered for 10-14 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Step 5: Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley.
