Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 240 grams oats (3 cups old fashioned large flake)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup almonds (sliced or chopped raw almonds)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds (raw)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed (whole)
  • 1/2 cup honey (liquid honey)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (natural)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (chopped, or other dried fruit)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 2: Line a large, shallow baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flaxseed; mix well.

  • Step 4: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, peanut butter and cinnamon until well blended.

  • Step 5: Add peanut butter mixture to oat mixture and stir using a wooden spoon until oat mixture is completely coated.

  • Step 6: Spread oat mixture evenly in prepared pan.

  • Step 7: Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Step 8: Remove pan from oven, give granola a stir, then bake another 10-12 minutes, until granola is golden brown and feels dry to touch.

  • Step 9: Be careful not to burn it.

  • Step 10: Let it cool.

  • Step 11: Stir in dried cranberries.

  • Step 12: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
