Step 4: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, brown sugar, and 2/3 cup butter. Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly, then sprinkle over the apples.
Step 5: Bake for 50-60 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
