  • 2 cans (10 ounce) clams (chopped or minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 6 to 7 ounce potato (1 medium-large potato, peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups half and half

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain clams, reserving liquid. Set aside clams and liquid.

  • Step 2: Melt butter. Add onion and saute until softened but not brown.

  • Step 3: Add potatoes, water, wine, salt, pepper, paprika, and drained clam liquid.

  • Step 4: Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Add clams and half-and-half, and cook until just heated through.
