Step 1: Zest and juice the lemons.
Step 2: Add lemon zest to sugar and 250 ml water cook 5 minutes.
Step 3: Strain add juice of lemons and rest of water; put in freezer for 1 hour.
Step 4: Remove from the freezer and stir - repeat this process every hour
Step 5: For about 4 hours, until frozen, but not frozen solid.
Step 6: Stir; add to glass with ice.
