Step 1: Heat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2: In a bowl, Stir the soup, garlic powder, light cream, cheese and black pepper in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir in the vegetables and chicken.
Step 3: Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture. Top the chicken mixture with the biscuits.
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Yummy!
