Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, chipotle chile and salt. Add coleslaw mix and cilantro and toss to combine.
Step 2: In a seperate medium bowl, mash beans and avocado. Stir in cheese and onion.
Step 3: To assemble, lay wraps on board or counter and spread 1/4 of the bean-avocado mixture onto each wrap then top each wrap with 1/4 of the slaw mixture. Roll up, slice in half and serve.
