Step 2: Brown ground beef in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add water, broth, milk, dry pasta, and spice mix. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Step 3: Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese. Enjoy!
