Step 1: In a large bowl, add the egg and gently whisk.
Step 2: Add in the meat, minced garlic, crushed crackers, minced onion, milk, brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, seasoned, salt, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper and cayenne.
Step 3: Using your hands combine until everything is mixed together.
Step 4: Roll meat mixture into desired meatball size and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Step 5: Continue until all meat is used up.
Step 6: Bake in preheated oven, 450F for about 15 minutes (you don't have to completely cook them or you can brown them in a skillet.
Step 7: Remove from oven and scoop meatballs off cookie sheet. Place in a saucepan.
Step 8: Pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the meatballs. Simmer for about 25 minutes. Serve.
