Step 1: In a large bowl, thoroughly combine 1/4 cup of the condensed soup, the ground beef, garlic, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire, egg, hot sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 flat patties.
Step 2: Add some butter and oil in s skillet, then heat it. Cook half the patties until browned on both sides (don`t cook all the way). Remove from skillet and set aside; repeat procedure with remaining patties.
Step 3: In same skillet, brown the mushrooms, then add remaining soup and the cream. Return patties to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 20 minutes or until patties are cooked through and no pink remains, turning occasionally.
Step 4: Serve with rice or noodles.
