  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions (both green and white parts)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lettuce leaves (4-8 Boston, Bibb lettuce leaves)
