  • 1 cup water
  • 275 to 450 grams cooked pork (2 1⁄2-3 cups sliced, leftover pork)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimento-stuffed olive

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet and stir in flour.

  • Step 2: Cook, stirring, until light brown.

  • Step 3: Add salt, paprika, brown sugar, lemon juice, onion and water.

  • Step 4: Mix thoroughly and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Step 5: Add meat, cover, and cook over low heat until heated through, about 10 minutes.
